Jootay kharedtay waqt shaam ka waqt munasib hota hai. Kyunkay jaisay jaisay din charhata hai paiir bhi mamooli se phool jatay hain, jo jootay subah ke waqt baasani peeron mein aa jatay hain woh shaam ko tang maloom hotay hain, khasosan garam mausam mein chaltay waqt.

Paon ki werzish – Feet Exercise In Urdu

Paon ka massage – Feet Massage in Urdu

tup mein pani daal kar is mein backing sodda ya namak mila len. Is mein apne paiir daal kar inhen garmi pohanchayen.
Kisi kapray mein barf dalain aur is se apne paon aur takhnon ko ragrain. Baad mein toliye se khushk kar ke is par zaitoon ya aam tail ki maalish karen.
Baath room mein kharray ho kar mug ya tooti se paon par pani dalain.
Adrak na sirf jism ko garam rakhti hai balkay peeron ko bhi garam rakhnay ke liye adrak ka istemaal kya jata hai,

aik bartan mein pani le kar is mein adrak ke chand tukre daal kar ubalain  aur jaisay hi pani thanda hona shuru hojaye to is mein 15 minute tak paon daal kar rakhen aur din mein 2 baar is amal ko dohrayen.

Ahtiyatain
