Neend Ki Kami Ki Wajohat – Neend na aane (Be-Khawabi) ka ilaj

Neend Khuda ki nematon mein se aik bari Nemat hai, is ki qader wohi jaan sakta hai jis ki aankhon se Neend kosoon daur ho. Ya jo be khawabi ke marz mein mubtala ho.

Mahireen ka kehna hai ke Neend ayashi nahi hai balkay Insan ki aik ahem tareen bunyadi zaroorat hai. Jo insani sahet ke liye bohat zarori hai.

3 Werzish (Exercise) karen

Agar kisi qisam ki be cheeni raat ko jagaaye rakhti hai to yoga, muraqba ya diary likhnay ki koshish karen, aik haliya tahaqeeq ke mutabiq werzish ki aadat logon ko jald sulanay mein madadgaar saabit hoti hai.

4 Sonay ka time table

Neend ki dua

1 Agar Neend na aeye to bistar par letnay ke baad Nabi Kareem (SAW) ne ye dua parhnay ki hadaayat farmai:

اَللّٰھُمَّ غَارَتِ النُّجُوْمُ وَھَدَأَتِ الْعُیُوْنُ وَاَنْتَ حَیٌّ قَیُّوْمُ لَا تَأْخُذُکَ سِنَۃٌ وَّلَانَوْمٌ یَاحَیُّ یَاقَیُّوْمُ اَھْدِیْٔ لَیْلِیْ وَاَنِمْ عَیْنِیْ

Tarjuma : ae Allah ! Tarre choup gaye aur aaraam pakra aankhon ne aur to sada zindah qaim rehne wala hai. Tujh ko ongh aur Neend nahi pakadati. Ae sada zindah sab ke saharay aaraam day meri aankhon ko is raat mein sulaa day.

2 Hazrat bureda razi Allah Anho bayan farmatay hain ke hazrat Khalid razi Allah anho ne nabi pak sale Allah aleh wa-alehe wasallam se shikayat ke ki un ko raat mein achi terhan Neend nahi aati. Huzoor sale Allah aleh wa-alehe wasallam ne farmaya ke jab tum bistar par late jayo to phir ye parho

اَللّٰھُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمٰوٰتِ السَّبْعِ وَمَا اَظَلَّتْ وَ رَبَّ الْاَرْضِیْنَ وَمَا اَقَلَّتْ وَرَبَّ الشَّیَاطِیْنِ وَمَا اَضَلَّتْ کُنْ لِیْ جَارًا مِّنْ شَرِّ خَلْقِکَ اَجْمَعِیْنَ اَنْ یَّفْرُطَ عَلَیَّ اَحَدٌ مِّنْھُمْ اَوْاَنْ یَّطْغٰی عَزَّجَارُکَ (وَتَبَارَکَ اسْمُکَ) وَجَلَّ ثَنَاؤُکَ وَلَا اِلٰہَ غَیْرُکَ

Tarjuma : Aye Allah to saton asmanon aur un ke aas paas ka Rab hai aur zaminon ka bhi Rab hai aur tamam shayateen bhi tere qabza qudrat mein hain aur to mera Muhafiz ban ja har is cheez ke khilaaf jo mere liye nuqsaan ka baais ho sakti hai. Mujhe khusi aur musarrat ataa farma mein tumhari buzurgi bayan karta aur tairay siwa kisi aur ki ibadat nahi karta.

3 Raat ko sonay se pehlay ye dua parh lijiye

اَللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا

Insha Allah Neend aa jaye gi.

Ahtiyatain

Agar bistar par 15 minute tak letey rehne ke baad bhi Neend aati mehsoos na hoto ankhen band kar ke letey rehne ki bajaye koi aisa kaam shuru karen jis se zehni dabao mein kami aeye aur aap sukoon mehsoos karen. Maslan kuch parheen ya kuch likhain. Taham tally vision dekhnay se ijtinab karen.

Raat ki pursukoon Neend ke liye din ke waqt na soyen aur sonay se kam azkam chaar ghantay pehlay tak kaafi ya chaaye na piyeen. Sotay waqt cigrette ya tambaku ki masnoaat se daur rahen.

Bhukay pait ya bohat ziyada khanay ke foran baad sonay ki koshish na karen. Behtar Neend ke liye zurori hai ke raat ka khana halka phulka aur zoor hazam ho.

Mahireen ka kehna hai ke agar be khwabi ki wajah se sotay mein saans lainay mein rakawaten hon to dr se mahswara karna zurori hai. Kyunkay sotay mein aankhh khilnay ki wajah poori miqdaar mein oxygen ka na milna hota hai.

Aisi soorat mein baaz sangeen nataij samnay asaktay hain jin mein oxygen ki kami ke baais dimagh ki karkardagi ka mutasir hona, name be hoshi taari hona, khoon ka ziyada dabao aur dil ki bemariyan shaamil hain.

Is tehreer se mutaliqa agar koi cheez aap ki samajh mein nahi aayi hai ya aap mazeed maloomat haasil karna chahtay hain to aap hamein comments kar satke hain.

Aur agar aap ko ye tehreer achi lagi hai. To isay social par zaroor share karen, taakay aap ke dost ahbaab ki bhi behtar tor par rahnmayi ho sakay.
