Aaj ke daur mein har shakhs Sukoon ka mutlashi hai. Doulat-o-shohrat aur har qisam ka aaraam honay ke bawajood dil ko sakoon nahi hai, rooh ko chain nahi hai. Be cheeni aur iztiraab ki kefiyat hai. Dil hai ke udaas hai, dimagh hai ke pareshan hai. Har shakhs sukoon ki talaash mein mara mara phir raha hai.

Aksar insaan apne siwa duniya ke har aadmi ko khush o khurram aur mutmaen samajte hain jabkay duniya mein har insaan ke sath gham aur pareshaaniya lagi hui hain. Aaj tak duniya mein koi bhi aisa insaan peda nahi huwa aur na aindah ho ga jisay koi gham na ho.

Sukoon aur itminan qalb aik bohat barri nemat hai. Har daur mein har insaan ki ye khwahish rahi hai ke mujhe zehni sakoon aur sukoon qalb mil jaye. Is sukoon aur itminan ko insaan ne jagah jagah talaash kya. Kisi ne doulat o shohrat ko sakoon ki wajah qarar diya to kisi ne taaqat aur izzat ko sukoon ka sabab samjha.

Log zehni sukoon dhoandne ke liye mukhtalif tareeqay istemaal karte hain. Baaz log ziyada se ziyada doulat akhatta karne ki koshish karte hain aur maqsad yahi hota hai ke wo is doulat se sakoon haasil karen ge.

Baaz log sair o tafreeh mein sukoon talaash karne ki koshish karte hain aur is ke liye wo na jane kin kin mulkon ki khaak chhante phirtay hain magar sakoon phir bhi nahi milta.

Sukoon se morad ye hai ke aap jin halaat se guzar rahay hain wo aap ko achay lagen, aap mutmaen hon. Zindagi kuch dainay aur kuch lainay ka naam hai. Agar aap kisi ko khushi den ge tab hi aap umeed rakh satke hain ke koi aap ki bhi khushi ka sabab banay ga.

Sukoon insaan ke andar hota hai aur jo shakhs andar se khush hota hai. Wo apne bahrke liye bhi  sakoon aur musarrat ka samaan peda kar laita hai. Sakoon o itminan ka sarchashma insaan ki apni zaat mein posheeda hai.

Ye allag baat hai ke hum ne daryaaon ke seenay cheer diye, pahoron ke daman akheer diye, magar apne qalb ke itminan ki dawa jo khud hamaray andar mojood hai, is ka shaoor na kar paye.

Sukoon aur itminan qalb Allah taala ki wo khaas nemat hai jisay doulat se nahi khareeda ja sakta. Aaj ke daur mein scienci alaat o eejadat ne agarchay insani zindagi ko sahal bana diya hai. Magar un tamam sahulaton ke bawajood insaan be sukoon hai aur sukoon qalb haasil karne ke liye na jane kya kuch kar guzarta hai. Magar quran pak utha kar nahi parhta,

Agar aaj ka insaan quran pak ki sirf surah raad aayat number 28 parh le to usay sukoon aur itminan ka raaz pata chal jaye ga. Irshad baari taala hai.

Tarjama: Jo log emaan laaye aur un ke dil Allah ke zikar se mutmaen hotay hain, jaan lo ke Allah hi ke zikar se dilon ko itminan (sukoon) naseeb hota hai.

Dilon ka sakoon Allah ki yaad mein hai

Jab Nabi Kareem (SAW)  ke ghar walon par kisi qisam ki tangi aur pareshani aati, dil be sukoon hota to aap un ko namaz ka hukum farmaya karte. Rasool Akram (SAW) ne apni seerat tayyiba ke zareya ye taleem di ke insaan Allah se ghaafil ho kar duniya ki doulat mein kabhi itminan o sakoon nahi pa sakta.

Aap (SAW) farmatay hain ke agar aadmi ke paas 2 wadiyaan maal ki bhari hui hon to wo chahay ga ke mere paas teesri waadi bhi maal se bhari hui ho aur ibn aadam ka pait to sirf qabar ki matti bhar sakti hai.

Aur phir farmaya ke jo log apna rukh Allah ki taraf kar len to un par Allah ki khaas inayat hoti hai aur aur in ko Allah is duniya mein itminan qalb ataa farma deta hai, phir is duniya mein un ki zindagi barray mazay ki aur barray sukoon se guzarti hai.

Rasool Akram (SAW) ne hamein apni seerat mubarak se bohat wazeh tor par ye samjhaya ke dil ka chain aur itminan qanaat se haasil hota hai. Hiras aur lalach se kabhi sukoon haasil nahi hota.

AAP (SAW) ne zindagi ke har marhala mein ye taleem di ke duniya ke saaz vsaman aur is ki doulat mein sukoon talaash karna be faida hai.

Jab har taraf se mayoosi ho aur insaan aisi band gali mein khara ho jahan se niklny ka koi rasta  na ho to apne Khuda ke huzoor sirf aik sjday se rooh ko jo sakoon aur lutaf miley ga wo kaayenaat ki kisi aur cheez mein nahi. Rooh ka sukoon sirf aik sjday ki doori par hai.

Pukarnay wala to khud falah ki taraf pukaarta hai magar hum is waqt pata nahi kis falah ke peechay bhaag rahay hotay hain. Is ke darbaar mein haazir hon, phir baqi sab kaam is pay chore den wo jane aur is ka kaam jane. Wo jo kere ga bohat acha kere ga aur hamaray haq mein behtar hi ho ga.

Jab koi kaam karne ja rahay hon aur achay buray ka pata na chal raha ho to namaz isstikhara aur duaye isstikhara parheen. Sooraj ya chaand ko girhan lag jaye to namaz kasof o khasoof parheen. Ye sab zikar Allah ki mukhtalif aqsam hain

Jin cheezon se dil ka sukoon rukhsat ho jata hai un mein aik ahem cheez hasad hai. Yani dosray ke paas nemat dekh kar dil mein jalan mehsoos karna, dosray ki khush haali dekh kar dil mein karhna aur ye chahna ke dosray insaan ko ye cheez kyun mili.

Muashra mein rehtay hue aapas mein hasad karne se zehni sukoon khatam ho jata hai. Chana chay Rasool Akram (SAW) ne apni seerat pak ke zareya ummat ko taleem di ke agar dil ka sakoon aur itminan chahtay ho to musbat khayalat aur pakeeza soch ko apano.

AAP (SAW)  ki talemaat hamein dars deti hain ke khud kha ke itna itminan o sukoon nahi milta, jitna doosron ko khula kar naseeb hota hai. Isi terha nfsa nafsi ke aalam mein sukoon naseeb nahi hota, balkay ahsaan karkay, khidmat karkay, aapas ki hum dardi aur gham khawari ke zareya dil ka sakoon naseeb hota hai.

Rasool Akram (SAW) ne seerat tayyiba ke zareya is baat ki bhi taleem di ke doosron ke haqooq ko poora karkay sukoon mltahe. apne faraiz ko achay tareeqay se ada karkay apne zameer ko mutmaen rakha jaye to yahi sakoon ka zareya hai.

beshak dilon ka sakoon Allah ki yaad mein hai, Allah rab ulizzat hamein Seerat Nabi (SAW) par amal karkay zindagi ke har marhalay mein sukoon wa itmenaan naseeb farmaiye. Ameeen !
