Pakhton recipe mein beef aur aattay ka munasib istemaal kya jata hai, yahi wajah hai ke yeh kabaab zaiqay mein lateef hotay hain.

7 Qorma

Qorma aik behtareen pakkay hue qorme se ziyada behtar saalan aur koi ho hi nahi sakta. Behtareen qorma wo hai jis mein dahi par mushtamil shorbay mein tali hui pyaaz, saabit garam masalhay, alaichi, taiz paat aur kewaray ka pani dala jata hai.

Bar e sagheer mein jitne khtte hain itni hi qorme ki trkibin hain, har khtte ke apne masalhay, bunyadi ajzaa aur sajawat hain lekin jo saalan tali hui pyaaz se tayyar hota hai wohi asal’ qorma’ kehlata hai.

Punjab ki ki asal pehchan sarson ke saag aur makayi ki rootti se behtar aur koi nahi, is soghaat mein zayega, ghizaiyat aur rang ki bohtat hai bilkul punjab ke logon ki terhan, jo ke sardiyoon aur bahhar ki soghaat hai.

Behari kabaab gosht ke tukron se pakaya jata hai, jo intahi lazeez aur mooo mein ghul jaaney wali cheez hai jisay dahi, msalhon, aur gosht galanay walay papeetay ke sath tayyar kya jata hai. Gosht galanay ke liye kabaab cheeni, khashkhaash, jaiphal aur papeetay ka istemaal usay be hadd naram bana deta hai.
